WISE MIND RETREAT - PHUKET THAILAND
Our DBT and RO-DBT Retreats provide a unique opportunity to step away from the pressures of daily life and engage in structured, evidence-based psychological learning. Grounded in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), these retreats focus on practical skills that help individuals regulate emotions, build healthier relationships, and develop greater psychological flexibility.

DBT skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness are combined with RO-DBT strategies that promote openness, social safety, and authentic connection with others. Together, these approaches support individuals in responding more effectively to stress, uncertainty, and interpersonal challenges.

Delivered by experienced clinicians, the retreat environment allows participants to slow down, reflect, and practise new skills in a supportive and respectful setting. Participants leave with practical tools they can continue using to support their wellbeing long after the retreat has ended.

This retreat is suitable for individuals who:

  • Experience intense emotions, mood instability, or emotional overwhelm
  • Struggle with stress, burnout, or chronic anxiety
  • Find relationships challenging, including difficulties with communication, boundaries, or closeness
  • Notice patterns of over-control, such as perfectionism, emotional inhibition, self-criticism, or social withdrawal
  • Want to develop greater mindfulness, flexibility, and emotional balance
  • Are currently engaged in individual therapy and would benefit from immersive skills practice
