    Social Signalling Module

This 10 week module explores the concept of social signalling teaching a range of strategies to enhance individual connections and a range of useful skills! A social signal is a form of communication, such as an eye roll, the silent treatment, walking away, or a smile. RO DBT identifies that the mechanism of change in the treatment is that open expression of emotion leads to trust, which leads to social connection.

    You will learn:

    • To express your needs
    • To validate others
    • To enhance connections with others
    • To respect your valued goals
    • To develop a flexible Mind
